Thank you for shopping with Azuremist. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle delivery issues for orders placed through our website.
By placing an order with Azuremist, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of high order volume.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, payment verification, inventory availability, supplier processing, or other reasonable business factors.
We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order for fraud screening, inventory issues, payment verification, shipping restrictions, address issues, or other reasonable business purposes.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times shown on our website, checkout page, product page, or order confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 8–15 business days after shipment, although actual delivery times may vary.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, inaccurate address information, customs or logistics delays, supplier delays, high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
If no specific shipping timeframe is stated, we aim to ship orders within 30 days of the order date. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days where no timeframe is stated, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate and available options, including cancellation and refund where required by law.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Azuremist is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, return-to-sender issues, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address.
4. U.S. Shipping Only
Azuremist currently sells and ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be placed for delivery outside the United States or that cannot be shipped to the address provided.
5. Delivery Confirmation
An order will be considered delivered when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to our review of valid claims involving verified loss, non-delivery, or carrier-confirmed misdelivery.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
6. Lost, Missing, or Non-Delivered Orders
If your order does not arrive, appears lost in transit, or remains undelivered for more than 30 days after shipment, please contact us at:
For verified non-delivery, confirmed loss in transit, or an extended delivery issue supported by tracking information, we may, at our discretion and subject to review, offer one of the following:

Azuremist reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete, late, unverifiable, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Policy.
7. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery scan by emailing:
Before submitting a claim, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, front desk staff, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the carrier.
We reserve the right to deny claims where delivery is confirmed by the carrier and the circumstances indicate theft after delivery, customer error, incorrect address information, failure to retrieve the package, or abuse of this Policy.
Azuremist is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders Upon Delivery
If your product arrives materially damaged, materially defective, or incorrect upon delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours or failure to provide complete supporting documentation may result in denial of the claim.
If we determine that the item arrived materially damaged, materially defective, or incorrect due to our error, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund.
9. Final Sale and No Returns
All Azuremist products are sold as final sale.
Because our products are bathroom hygiene-related items, including UV toilet sterilization devices and related accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Shipping-related resolutions for verified damage, defect, incorrect item, loss in transit, or non-delivery do not create a general right to return a product.
Customers should not mail products back to us unless we specifically instruct them to do so in writing. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender and will not guarantee a refund or replacement.
10. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the order and issue a refund for verified non-delivery.
If a replacement is approved due to verified damage, defect, incorrect item, loss in transit, or non-delivery, Azuremist will determine whether replacement shipping costs are covered.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.
