Thank you for shopping with azuremist. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle delivery issues for orders placed through our website.

1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of high order volume.

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order for fraud screening, inventory issues, payment verification, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business purposes.

2 Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or on the product page. If no specific timeframe is stated, we aim to ship within 30 days of the order date. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, inaccurate address information, supply chain disruptions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, or if no timeframe is stated, within 30 days, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate and available options, including cancellation and refund where required by law.

3 Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

4 U.S. Shipping Only

azuremist currently sells and ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be placed for delivery outside the United States or that cannot be shipped to the address provided.

5 Delivery Confirmation

An order will be considered delivered when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the address provided at checkout, subject to our review of claims involving loss, theft, or misdelivery.

6 Lost, Missing, or Non-Delivered Orders

If your order does not arrive, appears lost in transit, or has not been delivered within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at azuremistshower@gmail.com.

For verified non-delivery, confirmed loss in transit, or material transit delay beyond 30 days after shipment, we may, at our discretion and subject to carrier verification, offer either:

  • a replacement shipment, or
  • a refund to the original payment method.

We may require reasonable cooperation, including confirmation of your shipping details and any information needed to investigate the issue with the carrier.

7 Marked Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier before we review the claim.

We reserve the right to deny claims where delivery is confirmed by the carrier and the circumstances indicate theft after delivery, customer error, or abuse of this policy.

8 Damaged Orders

If your product arrives damaged or defective on delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue, and
  • clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

9 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the order and issue a refund for non-delivery.
