Yes. The shower head has a stop button that can pause the water coming out of the shower head while the shower tap is still turned on.
18. Why does water still drip when I press the stop button?
This is normal. When the stop button is pressed, the shower head is designed to drip a small amount of water from the top. This helps reduce pressure inside the shower hose and pipes, which can help prevent stress, cracking, or bursting.
20. Why is my shower head dripping from the top when the stop button is on?
If the shower tap is still on and the stop button is pressed, a small amount of dripping from the top is normal. The shower head is designed this way to release pressure and reduce stress on your pipes and hose.
11. How do I replace my shower filter cartridge?
Twist open the bottom of the shower head, remove the old filter cartridge, and place the new cartridge inside with the pointed side going in first. Then twist the bottom back on securely.
19. Why is my shower head leaking water even when fully tightened?
There are a few possible reasons. The shower head may not be tightened enough, plumbing tape may not have been used, or the hose may not be screwed in fully. Check all connections and make sure everything is secure.
21. How can I fix leaking from the shower head connection?
Make sure the shower head and hose are screwed on tightly. You can also apply plumbing tape to the shower connection threads before attaching the shower head to help create a better seal.
22. Do I need plumbing tape to install the shower head?
Plumbing tape is not always required, but it can help prevent leaks around the threaded connection. If you notice dripping near the connection, we recommend using plumbing tape.
23. What should I do if the hose connection is leaking?
Make sure the hose is screwed in fully and evenly. If it is loose or not aligned correctly, water may leak from the connection.
25. Is the shower head easy to install?
Yes. The shower head is designed for easy installation and usually does not require special tools.
26. Do I need tools to install it?
In most cases, no tools are required. Simply remove your old shower head and attach the new one securely.

50. What should I check before contacting support about a leak?
Please check that the shower head is tightened fully, the hose is screwed in completely, and plumbing tape has been applied if needed. Also, if the dripping happens only when the stop button is pressed while the tap is still on, that is normal and part of the design.
